Entries are now been collected for the IPF National Shield. Closing date for entries is 22-Oct-2007.

The ‘Extra’ Photographic Competition is being run by Halifax in conjunction with RTÉ’s The Late Late Show. The objective of this competition is to encourage Irish artistic talent and create a 2008 calendar of inspiring images.
Entrants must include a description (max 30 words) of how the subject of the photograph adds a little extra to their world (see examples on the main page). The image must be a still photograph and an original piece by the named photographer.
The competition will be launched on the 12th October 2007 on the RTÉ’s The Late Late Show. The closing date for entries is 6pm on the 22nd October 2007.
